Episode 12.

Marcus’s bedroom.

Marcus is still lying on his bed when Aiden enters the room.

“Hey, Marc. U’re not going to work?  Are U sick?” Aiden step closer and put his hand on Marcus’s forehead. Not hot.

“What’s wrong with U?” ask Aiden again.

“I don’t feel like going to work today,” Says Marcus finally.

Aiden can feel that something is wrong with him. “Something wrong happened at the hospital? U looks so happy these few weeks…”

“I’m fine Aiden. Just go to work OK. U don’t wanna be late.” Marcus turns on the TV and ignores Aiden. He was hoping for him to leave.

“Alright. I’ll go. Take care. And don’t forget to eat!” Aiden pat Marcus gently and get out of the room.

Marcus turns off the TV and stares at it blindly with a deep sigh.

Anna’s office room.

There are no roses on her desk this morning. Anna feels a bit disappointed.

She was wearing her coat when suddenly Shawn passes by her room. She then quickly takes out the sandwich she brings for Shawn and goes to his room.

“Morning,”

“Oh, Hi. Morning, Anna.” Shawn smile.

“Had your breakfast?” ask Anna.

“Not yet. I have morning cases today. Can’t be late.”

“Oh. I see… here. I brought U an egg sandwich. Your favourite,” Anna gives the sandwich to Shawn.

“Thanks dear,” Shawn took that sandwich and wear his coat.

“Gotta run. See U later,” he walks away quickly.

Anna looks at him as he walk and feels so happy that he is here. She can meet him almost every day now. Her life is getting wonderful day by day. It feels like a dream.

When Anna couldn’t see him anymore, she ask herself,

“Does he love me too?”
